How Long Does the Download Process Take?

The average download time is 10-12 minutes using a standard 56KBS Modem. The actual file size is less than 5MB. Our engineers have utilized sophisticated algorithms, making the Casino-on-Net program the smallest downloadable casino on the Internet, without compromising on amazing 3D graphics and cutting edge features.

What are the System Requirements for My PC?

PC System Requirements:
Presently, Casino-on-Net's software performs with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems Version 95 and above. Casino-on-Net does not support Windows 3.XX or Web TV. For optimal results, set your monitor to 600 X 800 pixels and high color (16 bit) or more.

What if I am Disconnected from free.888 While Playing?

Unfortunately, communication problems over the Internet may cause sudden disconnections. We have designed our software to cope with such incidents in a manner that protects our Members from unjustifiable loss, while eliminating the possibility of intentional disconnection and system abuse. Casino-on-Net's Disconnection Policy states that: Should a Member be disconnected when playing, the Member will be automatically prompted to continue the interrupted game upon reconnection to the Casino.

The following Disconnection Policy applies to all Member's using Casino-on-Net's Casino Software Download Versions 6.61 or lower and all Flash Versions, for each of the following games: BlackJack, Classic Slot Machines, Video Slot Machines, Roulette, Video Poker, Baccarat, Craps, Caribbean Poker, Keno, Pai Gow Poker.

BlackJack:
If you are dealt twelve or more, and the connection is terminated before the hand is finished, play will continue with your hand, which will be considered a "stand". After reconnecting you will be able to see whether or not you have won the hand. Click on "My Account History" in the Casino Lobby. If you are dealt eleven or less, and the connection is terminated before the hand is finished, the bet is returned. Should a disconnection occur after a "Split", both hands will be treated according to the higher hand. For example: if the higher hand totals 12 or more, play continues with both hands, and after reconnecting you will be able to see whether or not you have won the hand. If the higher hand totals 11 or less, the bet on both hands will be returned.

Classic and Video Slot Machines:
Should a disconnection occur before pulling the lever or clicking on either the "Spin" or "Bet Max"Classic buttons, but after a bet was placed, your bet will be returned. Should a disconnection occur after a bet was placed and the spin has been initiated, the play will continue. After reconnecting you will be able to see whether or not you have won your bet.

Video Slots Bonus:
A disconnection during a bonus game will return the user to the last screen that was open before the disconnection occurred.

Slot Machines:
Should a disconnection occur before pulling the lever, but after a bet was placed, your bet will be returned. Should a disconnection occur after a bet was placed and the lever has been pulled, the play will continue. After reconnecting you will be able to see whether or not you have won your bet.

Roulette:
If you have already placed a bet, and the connection was terminated before the ball lands, play will continue. After reconnecting you will be able to see whether or not you have won your bet. Click on "My Account History", which is located in the Casino Lobby. In certain cases, which may occur during very slow communication, the Roulette Wheel may show the previous roll's results. In these cases the correct result will actually be displayed on the top of your screen.

Video Poker:
Should disconnection occur after the player has placed money in the Credit Box, but before selecting the amount of coins desired for the next round, the money is returned to the player's Bankroll. Should a disconnection occur after the player has placed a bet, but before clicking the "deal/draw" button, the bet is returned to the player's Bankroll. Should a disconnection occur after the player has clicked on the "deal/draw" button, but before the player has selected the cards to be held, the round is calculated as if the player had selected to hold all the cards. If that hand presented a winning combination, the player's Bankroll is adjusted accordingly.

Baccarat:
Should a disconnection occur at any time during the game, the bet will be returned to the player's Bankroll.

Craps:
If you have placed a bet on the table, but have not yet rolled the dice, your bet will be returned. If a disconnection occurs after the dice are rolled, all removable bets (bets that may be cancelled by the player) will be returned, with the exception of the bets which have a statistical advantage for the player (for example: a Don't Pass Line Bet when a Point has already been established, or a Don't Come Bet after it has been transferred to one of the points). After removable bets have been returned, the dice will be rolled automatically and play will continue until all bets are cleared from the table. During this automatic session, some bets will be won and some will be lost, according to the statistical outcome determined by Casino-on-Net's Random Number Generator. Your Bankroll will be credited automatically with winner-won bets

Caribbean Poker:
If you have placed a bet on the table, your game will be played out for you automatically upon disconnection . In the "Download Version" only, once you have reconnected to Casino-on-Net you will have the option to:

  • Accept the outcome of the hand that was automatically played for you.
  • Go to a Private Table, where you will be allowed to play out your hand from the point that you were disconnected.

Keno:
If you have placed a bet on the Keno Machine, your game(s) will be played out for you automatically upon disconnection. Once re-connected to Casino-on-Net, you may return to view the outcome of the game(s).

Pai Gow Poker:
If you have placed a bet on the table, your game will be played out for you automatically upon disconnection. In the "Download Version" only, once you have reconnected to Casino-on-Net you will have the option to:

  • Accept the outcome of the hand that was automatically played for you.
  • Go to a Private Table, where you will be allowed to play out your hand from the point that you were disconnected.
